At Kit & Kin, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our streamlined process ensures that your exchange or refund is handled with the same care we put into our garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
